need help unfreezing microsoft word doc without losing info
when i click exit it says close program and lose info or wait for program to respond and i have been waiting for 5 min. now

you just might have to give up.. Word offers a recovery program which should recover the files after you start up word again
Reply:(ONLY IF YOU HAVE VISTA) you should press CTRL+ALT+DELETE And wit a minute or two...after that press cancel...HOPEFULLY it should help it unfreeze...
