what happen with Microsoft? why Microsoft don't stop acting like a baby and start hiring good engineers than screwing customers.

I can tell you why! Its because that that got scared and stole an ipod idea. Which then caused a chain reaction of apple to start coming up with 5 different, new, and awesome apple products. There is your answer, take it or leave it.
