(And I'm not talking about downloading powerpoint viewer, Just the whole powerpoint program itself.)

--------------------------------------...

OpenOffice Impress is equivalent to Microsoft PowerPoint and can open PowerPoint files, edit them, and save as a PowerPoint file.

OpenOffice (free)

http://www.openoffice.org/

It is compatible with most Microsoft Office applications.

Can import from MS application and export to MS application unless noted:

Base = Access

Calc = Excel

Draw = Similar to Publisher but not directly compatible

Math (Create equations) =No equivalent

Impress = PowerPoint

Writer = Microsoft Word

No equivalent = Office Outlook
Reply:Powerpoint can't be downloaded legally.

But, there is a great open-source (i.e. free) alternative that offers just as much functionality as PowerPoint does.

It's called OpenOffice, and can be downloaded for free at http://www.openoffice.org.

It's a free alternative to using Microsoft's products, and has a Word Processor, Spreadsheet, Equation Creator, Database Program and a Graphics Application.
Reply:Powerpoint is not free but you can download open office which is compatible with powerpoint.

Reply:You can't legally download it for free.
