This leter from microsoft paymaster?
I've received it a number of times and its a form of phishing. Its a scam to get your bank details just like the Nigerian with millions. DO NOT RESPOND.
Reply:Scam. Don't send them ANY information.
Reply:No, this is a scam. If you reply, then they will ask you for bank info to make the transfer of funds and clean out your bank account. Note in the paragraph before Sincerely, that corporation is misspelled so is Bill Gates last name.
Reply:It's a scam. The key words to look out for here are "Tax Payment". So you send them a few bucks to pay the "taxes due" on the winnings and never hear from them again.





Great scam. Always some dummies will answer.
Reply:It's spam or a trick, guaranteed. Good job checking first.
Reply:Yup these guys are so smart that they come up with different kinds of schemes every now and than. Most of these emails are coming from Nigeria. I get these emails too.. I place them as spam but still they keep coming every time with some new format. They are bypassing the spam act 2003. Since it states one should provide opt / unsubscribe link, mailer email and few other things..


Its hard for us to report them as spam; even though we do it all the time.. Does somebody have a better solution to this misery...
Reply:SCAM!! Do not respond. Remember this truth: Nobody will ever give you something for nothing. Not ever. If you have not entered a lottery you cannot win a lottery. These scammers are hoping some greedy fool with provide them with enough information to empty their bank account.
