Microsoft Office lost product key?

I had to delete everything on my comupter and restore it becuase of a virus. I have lost my product key for microsoft office and microsoft will not give it to me becuase they say i need to be a bussiness to use microsoft professional! is there any way i can get it?

It depends on where you purchased it and probably how.


You do not need to be a business to own/use Mickey Professional. All you need is the cash:))





If you can find out your original purchase info, and you purchased it from someplace other than Microsoft, you might be able to get another key. Again, it depends on where you purchased it.





But, do not worry. Have you heard of Open Office? If you can't get another key, try openoffice.org. It is a FREE suite and works pretty darn good, and the price is right.

I don't know how you can fix this. but there is a free office software from Google that you could try called Star Office which does.Word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and more which is very good.

-if not, it may be possible to still have the key into the registry. that case u may use ProductKeyFinder to reveal the key.
Reply:You do not have to be a business to use it. The only reason they will not give a key is if it is either an unregistered version, or is registered to someone else.
