Do you think that Microsoft is stealing ideas from Apple? First, Microsoft released Zune which looks exactly like iPods and then they released Windows Vista which has a lot of similarities with Mac OSX, such as the search bar and widgets...
And who knows... Microsoft might release a mobile phone with the same features as iPhone from apple.

Microsoft vs. Apple?
Microsoft has always had a dirty reputation of stealing from Apple. Remember the Windows 3.1 OS which was released in the early 90s, suddenly made the whole world think Bill Gates is a genius for making the first Graphical user-friendly PC operating system? Bullshit! The Windows 3.1 was nothing but a rip-off off the erstwhile Apple Mac OS, which didn't get much publicity surprisingly.
