Is Microsoft tricking XBOX 360 USERS? Halo 3 disc error?

We may have realized how defective the 360 are. Now Microsoft has a new xbox with 65nm on stores, but the dont wanna say which one it is. Why? Because they want people to buy the ones in the market. Many people send their xbox 360 back when it is broken, but many other dont know about the warranty stuff.

Why dont Microsoft just call out xbox 360? And why the congress do not make them call out the product? 33% rate failure is too high.

Halo 3 has a disk error. If you look in news.google.com "halo 3 error" you will find a lot of info abou it. Will Microsoft fix that error? Nop. At leas not on the copies people have now. For that they gonna need to recreate the game. There is not way to fix content in a disc that is already recorded. The bug was made while building the game.

Is Microsoft abusing their user? Have they ignored to talk about the topic?

Microsoft is replacing defective Xbox 360's, and has extended the warranty on the older units. Although their support is slow and lacking, they are "fixing" the problem with the hardware.

As to the disc error... they have acknowledged a packaging problem with Halo 3, and are replacing defective discs. To get a replacement, go here: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/system...
Reply:Well, as i've heard, the 65nm Xbox 360 is the Halo 3 Edition and is from Lot 734, if you buy a new Xbox 360, you can check it on the box, near the barcode... I just bought one on 26 of September... and when i read in the internet, i went to check the box.. and there it is.... Lot 734!!! Yay. :-)
