Microsoft and System Restore [Simple Issue]?

Alright, I have this problem where BAD_POOL_HEADER emerges. I'm using a Dimension 2350 and I've had this problem for years, ever since I was a little child in the 3rd grade. But my father always fixed it with system restore. My father doesn't live with me anymore and BAD_POOL_HEADER re-appears, this time, I can't use system restore. My system restore is turned off and I can't turn it on because my system dumps physical memory after it boots up and I type my password. Everytime the system dumps physical memory it of course freezes all applications and then eventually BAD_POOL_HEADER emerges. It instructs me to use Safe Mode and do a system restore there but Safe Mode states that you can't turn on system restore in Safe Mode then restart your computer in normal to turn it off. But the problem is... I can't do that. My father says I can use my Microsoft CD and do a system restore with it. But my Microsoft CD is gone. Where can I get(link) or order a microsoft CD that does system restore?

Microsoft and System Restore [Simple Issue]?
I guess there is some hardware / registry problem on your computer. You should create a backup of all your important data, music and videos and then reinstall your Windows operating system. As you don't have a Windows installer disc, you may borrow one from your friend (during installation, remember to use YOUR CD key; you can note it down from My Computer %26gt; Properties). This will most probably get rid of the problem. If it's still there, you have got some hardware issues (either old system or some defective parts).

:)
Reply:ok, the OS has, from what you said, been corrupted for years.

sorry, but that is the only way to get it.

hope you get it all fixed.
Reply:Restart Your computer, then while its restarting look for sumthing that will say 'Recovery' or sumthing like that at the bottom [F8] or [F10}, (that should be the first thing u see wen u restart/turn it on) then follow the directions
Reply:Go to Walmart--Staples and get a disc.
