This is nothing more than one of the multitude of internet scam e-mails. If you reply, you'll never see any money but you will be verifying a live e-mail address (increasing the value of the list to spammers), and allowing the criminals a chance to convince you to give them information such as bank account, home address and name, etc which will be used to compromise your identity.

DELETE IMMEDIATELY. If you feel like it, you can attempt to report the fraud the govnerment, but typically, these fraudsters operate out of foreign countries where they are pretty safe from prosecution.
