Microsoft Won`t Repair My Xbox 360?

I Send My Xbox 360 To Microsoft 2 Times. The First Time They Send It Back Not Repair And Told me to Send it In Agian. The Second Time I Sent It In It Came Back Not Repair And Microsoft Damage It. It Had A Hole In The Xbox 360 Logo. And My Xbox 360 Is Only 2 Month Old. I Call Microsoft And Told Them What Happen And They Said That They Will Call Me Back In A Week. And It been 2 weeks now. I Don`t Know What To Do Should I Buy A New One And Get Best Buy Warranty Or Should I Save Up For a Playstation 3 Or Nintendo Wii.

for my opinion cause i dont and never want a xbox or xbox 360 because playstation has been my entertainment when im not busy or with people at home. i say, dont give up having that repaired, write a letter to a microsoft that you will file legal actions if they do not have it done. thats the only best way to have it done. best of luck to you buddy.
Reply:Sell the 360 on ebay and buy a new one from gamestop with extended warranty. It is best to buy video game systems and games from a retailer that only sells them.
Reply:I would have to say keep sending it. DO NOT go to other places to fix it, they may screw the Xbox 360 more. If Microsoft won;t let you, then you need to get legal action. See if Best Buy will give you a warnatey


And that is why I hate XBOX 360s, too glitchy, should have saved up for a PS3 or Wii

did u buy it from??? if there was somthing wrong with it you should have taken it back with the recipt, as the recipt should act as a 12 month garantee. But if microsoft have damaged it then they should replace or repaire it.
Reply:Take it back to best buy they have to replace the unit for free or at the very least repair it which i really doubt they can do.If you can`t get them to replace your unit get a Nintendo Wii, I`m getting mines with Zelda TP and COD3 :)


Sorry about Microsoft treating their costumers like this but its not the first time that Microsoft costumer support has done this.
Reply:nintendo once again gets itself out of the game...the wii sux , the xbox is hoggin the market and everyone is expecting the futuristic ps 3. In my opinion the ps3 is the way to go...Specially if you dont like changing consoles every year or two. ahh nintendo, what were you guys thinking with that pos controller...hahah to bat grab the controller that looks like a femenine toy and swing at your screen...we want to be lazy and play video games if I wanted to swing and move around I would go to the ball park..duh..
Reply:Ok, threaten legal action as a last resort, trust me, it wont help you get your problem solved. Call up microsoft, and tell them about all of your problems again, don't give up. You shouldn't have to buy a new one. Just out of curiosity, what is wrong with it? If you screwed it up modding it, then it's your own fault and you will have to buy another, or you could try buying a new one and returning the old one in its box. Just an idea.
