What's wrong with Microsoft?? It wants to buy Yahoo! :(?

Man.... That's so horrible, seriously.


I mean, we have three big companies on Internet, Yahoo!, Microsoft and Google. Suppose that Microsoft buys Yahoo, so we will have just Google and Microsoft and that's the problem, that's the problem cause we want competition, COMPETITION right?





If it's done, we can say bye bye to Yahoo! messenger, bye to the Yahoo webmail and everything will be "by microsoft"

Microsoft is good relating to Operating systems, i mean Windows XP and Vista are awsome, the office productivity tool is good too, but Microsoft in everything... horrible you understand what I mean?





Question: If you were the CEO of Yahoo!, would you accept to sell the company to Microsoft? Yes or No

No yahoo is huge i could not see it getting bought by anyone.
Reply:Like you pointed out, it stunts competition. Microsoft could set prices however high they wanted and we would have to pay. Kind of like how foreign oil companies are doing with gas prices. Competition is good because it prevents any one entity from becoming too large and forces companies to make products actually benefit consumers becuase if they don't the competition will. Unfortunately since Yahoo is a publicly traded company, I hear that Microsoft is underhandedly looking at going directly to the Yahoo board to try to convince them. Hopefully Yahoo won't crack. I love Yahoo and its products and services. I hope that Microsoft never gets their hands on it.
