Microsoft operating system caches secret surveillance programs on China?

On June 5th, China.com published an article titled "Attention: Microsoft Stealing Chinese state secrets,": which immediately became a hot topic for discussion. Is Microsoft's operating system, reported by Norton through the "back door":, built with a secret surveillance program on China by the United States government? Here, I will call it the "Backdoor": Incident. I think Microsoft should give us an explanation.

====================

It's an interesting read and maybe China has a legitimate gripe.

Microsoft operating system caches secret surveillance programs on China?
I tend to believe it's true, US and China has been spying each other for 60 years, so it's not a big surprise.

Every government spies on its own citizen though, no matter what country, If you wonder why, go read Milan Kundera's "The unbearable lightness of being".
Reply:I think it is a stupid move on Microsoft part, putting into jeaprody billions of dollars of revenue. Maybe the best way to look at this is say, "not likely" and the back door that was discovered won't amount to much.

Peace

Jim

. Report It

Reply:I am not in the least surprised Jim, countries have been doing it to each other many many times. I would suggest that China should use their own system instead of Microsoft's in order to protect their secrets from leaking out.
Reply:LETS HOPE SO.......
Reply:I sure hope so for america. They are the only powerhouse that rivals the usa.To keep the peace there has to be backdoor policies.Give them hell america.
Reply:The pot is calling the kettle black, lol!
Reply:America has a history of underhanded tactics, a country can't get any more sneaky than America, they're the masters of deceit. The American government will spy on their own civilians, so what stops them from doing it to other countries? nothing, because the guys controlling the country have no conscience.
Reply:Haven't they already gotten in trouble for doing this like 5 years ago?

Yes they're spying on China. The government of China is pissed off because they don't want to have to explain how they kill five million poor chinese farmers every year and turn them into soap and pillows using the old nazi recipe.

Anyway, what do you care? A nuclear exchange between America and China will kill us before we even know it started. So either we'll never see it coming or China should shut up and make their own operating system.

I mean, you don't see me downloading software made by 'the m4st3r pir4t3 king$' to store all my credit card information and then throw a fit when I find out it's stealing my identity.

China needs to STFU and realize Americans aren't going to stop being douche bags because they want to be anonymous. ****, americans dont even let their own people be anonymous anymore. Why should the Chinese deserve better treatment than the American people?

If they don't like it, tell them to assasinate Bush and put Fidel Castro in power. Problem solved.

Why are we discussing this?
